The Community Action Small Group meets in the East of Glasgow, 2 minutes walk from Robroyston Station or 1 min off J2 of the M80. The meeting starts at 7pm every Tuesday.
This is an outwardly focused small group that is based around being available for God to work out in our local communities.
We initially plan to run the group in 4-week cycles whereby the first three weeks we pray, plan and prepare for week 4 where we will go out into the community. We plan to be attentive and expectant in prayer leading up to this and go with any direction we receive. This could be anything from arranging a community litter pick where we engage with local residents to assisting Glasgow charities like StreetConnect which we have already engaged with or even handing out "Try Praying" books at our local supermarkets.
